Actually I do know the brand, or I couldn't have posted a question about it. I thought it was a wierd mix of enterprises, making straps, strange wheels, and framebuilding stuff. It is certainly a brand I know little about except that I've used the straps and they are very good. I'd like to know more about the campy connection, particularly what they have made for Campy.

Silva is a Milan based supplier of tools, accessories, and frame building parts.

The accessories have never been well distributed in the US so it is not surprising you don't know the brand.

Silva tools and framebuilding parts go primarily to OE manufacturers.
