Can anyone identify the location where the "Worlds Best Food" was sold in Southern California ?

What better a tribute than painting your favourite machine in your favourite riders colours - not uncommon either - One Scot frame I know of appeared in full Holdsworth Team colours from new. Just a sincere form of flattery.

How about this ?

Anyone on the list ? Any explanation for the "uncompromised" front brake, randonneur style bars and single brake lever ?
