Anglophiles?

Anyone familiar with Beborex brakes and who is Stan Ockers and Ken Russel who used them. The side pull brake is interesting. It looks like they made a cantilever, and racing and touring levers.

I have a Dia Compe "deluxe" rear brake that is a tribute maybe to it. The DC brake loses the cable release, and uses a rocker arm instead of a pulley wheel, cable attachment on right hand side instead of left. Lastly the DC uses a stop screw to set spacing.
