All- As a dealer and owner of six Dave Moulton built frames I am confused about the size of this frame. Dave measured his frames center to top. Since John Howard at 6'1" normally rode a 60cm Dave Moulton. Could this bicycle been built as a sales sample? The John Howard frames were Dave Moulton's "batch" built line and to be marketed by John. When sales lagged Dave severed the business relationship with John Howard and introduced the Fuso. Terence Shaw Santa Clara, California
