Could be a couple of things.
There is little or no interest in Maserati bicycles because they had no connection with Maserati other than the name/distribution? Maybe a Maserati car owner would like one to go with his car?
Another reason for the lack of interest in the auction could be that the seller is Nels Cone, well know to long time CR list members and the first to get booted off the CR list (more than once actually). His feedback record on eBay under BIOREM was 3 positives and 2 negatives and then he was suspended. His current eBay i.d. is koldfushen. His current feedback "sounds" pretty good.
