[CR]Lycett saddle information

Can anyone supply some information on Lycett saddles? I recently acquired an L.15 swallow model and would like to know which of my cycles would be appropriately equipped with same:

I'm curious about what the years of production for this saddle were and any other information on the maker. A search of the CR site yielded one hit on a 1960 Cycling review of a Mal Rees Super 60 equipped with a Lycett L.15 saddle.
