I second Charlie in this. The frame looks in good shape, and the decals look original and indicate early to mid 70's. Like Charlie said, the lack of half-chromed rear stays marks this as a model one step down from the PX-10, i.e. PR-10, PN-10, PR-10L, or such like (the designations varied from year to year). These were typically 531 DB main tubes (the decal would say "3 Tube Reinforce") with unstated stays (maybe Vitus). Charlie's list of original equipment is about right, the Victory stuff on this bike is about 10 years too new. $300 for this is not a steal, but not bad either. Charlie's right that putting it back to original would be pretty expensive.
