Well, I guess that means the current owner of the names can advertise both his Taiwan-made lines as "Winner of the Tour de France". By the way, I haven't seen any of the current "Merciers" in the signature Mercier pink. I guess Spratt is sharp enough to know this won't go over big in the US (probably one of the reasons the old Mercier was not a big seller in the US).
