Started seeing them listed in fairly high-priced , fairly open-minded , mail-order catalogs about 3 or 4 years ago . Can't recall last sighting . Hadn't opened my latest Lilliput catalog .

For photos of "Super Mondia" "WWII Courier's Bicycles" for sale , try :

Portland Oregon , nice Web site , know nothing about them , better price ,

Hi All,

I suspect that there are some members that may find this of interest. The Lilliput Catalog #65 has for sale four(4) Swiss Army Bicycles. They appear to be 3 speeds and 22" to 23 " frame size. Built in 1944, 1950, 1964 and 1965 respectively. Interestingly the catalog states that whenever the Army decides to upgrade the bikes "all" bikes in service are retrofitted to the same level. The price range is $1,971 to $2,285 plus shipping. Perhaps there may be another cheaper source for these bikes, this is the first time I have seen anything of this nature. Contact me off list for more details or call 1(800)846-8697 for a catalog or further inquiry. Sorry I do not have the resources available to scan the photos.
