Chuck,

Could this bike be from the late 50's rather than early 1960s? Did the Ballilla 61s come out in 1961? The headbadge is strange to me and the adjusting barrel on the derailleur? I it is early 60's I think it is before 1963 because of the headbadge.

Also as to the best time to sell theory- I always thought January and February because people have less to do and buy the presnts they really wanted.
