Here's a couple of pictures of single and double Simplex Tour de France bottle cages. They attach to the bar with simple clamps that have a flat to accomodate the wires of the cage.

I've picked up a what I believe to be a pre-war Simplex twin bottle cage = without the handlebar clip and was wondering if anyone had a picture of = this Tour de France model so that I can get an idea of how it should = look. It's taxing my weary brain somewhat.
