scott, I have a similar De Rosa in my shop right now with original paint. This one is slightly newer than yours since it has braze on brake cable guides, shifters, and WB mounts and short dropouts. I figure this one to be around 1974 or '75 probably. It does not have heart cutouts in the lugs but does have an engraved fork crown and seat stay caps. I figure your frame is slightly earlier, about '72 or '73 probably.
