Too true and an excellent point. One of the best frame builders I've seen has never had his name on the frames he's built that I've heard. He's now "retired" from building. I've seen a bunch of his frames from most of the places he worked. I've also checked out the bikes he built for himself and his wife that were really stellar. Not too long ago one of the few bikes he's built in his "retirement" was the subject of much praise from the list. enjoy, Brandon"monkeyman"Ives SB, CA
