I remember seeing one of these bikes, in the same colour, hanging in the window of a downtown New York City shop in the mid eighties. ( I distinctly remember a young salesgirl complimenting me on my "English Beat" t-shirt) The bike left me "sockless" as B.B. would say.

It didn't meet it's reserve on Ebay, good thing it's too big for me.
