My Italian Tempesta has a straight seattube with the tube recessed where the rear tire fits. Takes a special front derailleur mount because the tube isn't round at that point. Creates a short wheelbase, but I haven't noticed a difference in the ride. Pain in the butt to remove and replace a wheel. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
