I don't know if it's still around here in the states, But some stuff caled "Saxer Lemon Lager" claimed on the label to be a traditional favorite of european bike racers. Maybe at some point in the classic era? if so probably really early, I don't imagine it's what you'd want after a hundred miles or so.

Several bike companies have had special limited-edition bottlings made to hand out at the trade shows, but mostly mountain bike companies and mostly too recent to be on-topic.

Stella Artois and Duvel, probably others, sponsored racing teams and put on races in Belgium (maybe still do?)

I'm pretty sure I remember Sierra Nevada made a special bottling for a skinny-tire race, I wanna say the Chico Criterium? Picture of racers leaning over in a corner on the label - can anyone else corroborate any of this? It would've been near the end of our on-topic years or a bit after.

I'm also pretty sure the following beers were named after me: Old Peculiar, Old Numbskull, Old Knucklehead, and my favorite, Arrogant Bastard. (They make an even stronger variant called Double Bastard, check it out if you're person enough!) However, the rumor that Pike Place "Kilt Lifter" Ale was named after me is a scurrilous lie!
