Stem is a 100 Cinelli 1R (I think that is the designation--hidden clamp and the alloy expander bolt/cone). The Pinarello pantographing is raised as they cut away around the letters and then painted the cutaway part black. Mated to a 64-42 Cinelli Giro bar. Offered as a stem/bar set for $45 shipped. Light scratches on the quill portion of the stem above the insert line.
