I'm starting to collect parts for rebuilding my Marinoni into a more classic style. The shifting duties will probably be handled by a recently acquired set of classic Sun tour Cyclone deraileurs. These are the first generation types, with the short cage rear mech. What size freewheel & chainrings will these shift comfortably, and how much chain will they wrap?
Second, would anyone have a set of shifters to match these? Need braze on style, preferably black. NOS/mint nice but not necessary, any good users would be fine. I'd prefer to barter for them, but purchasing certainly possible. Whatcha lookin fer, pardner?
