Marty, I useally look to the jewelry(parts) to date a bike. Notes: 5speed freewheel, normal reach brakes, 600 headset, high flange Record hubs. Clearly this bike is from the early 80's. Add the seat tube mounted pump and single bottle cage and the focous is even more clear.
