Universal made an inexpensive centerpull that came OEM on entry level Italian bikes, like Atalas, Cardinellis (Spelling?), etc., in the '70's. Similar to 61's, but with a more basic finish, especially on steel parts (no chrome) and hardware. They seem to have been aimed at the same price point as the Ballila centerpulls of the same era - sort of a notch down from Weinmann 999 and Mafac Racers.
