I ask, does this apply to only Cinelli bikes, or any bike with a Cinelli bottom bracket? My Torpado Superlight from about 1983 (I always seem to mention these bikes, don't I?) has a Cinelli b.b., with milling, a large flattened area with the Cinelli logo raised out of it, and the "T" cutout for Torpado. There are however, no holes drilled in it; and perhaps that is the specific aspect you are looking for. Pictures happily available upon request...
