Angel,

One thing I know I've seen several times is a Windsor Professional with that pattern drilled in the BB shell. I certainly hope we aren't talking about a "misrepresented" Cinelli. I would guess that the Windsor was a copy of a Cinelli treatment that was adopted. Something to think about, though.

If I saw the frame I could tell you which it is with certainty. Sounds like a good reason to attend Le Cirque 2003 and bring it along for all of us to see.
