Many English builders incorporated card suites into their lugwork throughout the fifties and used them as cut -outs in propierity cast lugs . Dan Genner Excel Cycles,Hetchins, Mercian and H.E. Morris (titch) who's own frame sported fancy lugs with all four card emblems, a wonderful piece of craftsmanship.
