Just a reminder to those who want one.
The GABA bike swap happening from 8am -2pm with plenty of room for your vintage goods and/or your fresh cash to help fight the pernicious demons of online non-contact commerce. The weather should be sublime and the company variable. check http://www. bikegaba.org for some photos of past events. It is free to all sellers and buyers.
Now to a hardware question. I got a Campy single side band clamp shifter at velo swap that's like the 1013/1 found in the catalog #17 on page 34, except it has a friction adjusting screw, not a D ring, and the shifter is on the left side, not the right. Is this rare or just odd? Made for the Soviet bloc? Southern hemisphere? Help please. Greg Yares Tucson,Arizona
