The sprint uses a 109mm symmetric spindle, with same taper as the Campagnolo spindles. This bb axle is clearly marked "Sprint".

It's not the bolt circle diameter that matters, but rather the spindle and crank taper dimensions. SunTour patterned the Sprint and Superbe axle tapers after the European standards, or what became the ISO standard, and not the Japanese JIS standard. So Campy and Campy clone spindles fit these SunTour cranks as well as some other high quality Japanese road cranks from Sugino and SR. Many of these are Nuovo Record clones and have the 144mm BCD.

A Superbe track spindle or a Campy Pista spindle will probably work on the Sprint arms, but you'll have to try them to be certain.
