I have communicated with this fellow a few times over the last month. He did not know anything about his bike. He had originally advertised the bike in Italy on a free want ad website at 6500 euros. Thinking he had mistakenly put one too many zeros, I contacted him. After a number of emails, I suggested that he would be lucky to get 2000 euros. Personally, I suggested a more appropriate value of perhaps 1000 euros. It is a nice bike but has nothing particularly special and does not belong to the period of importance of Legnano. By the time this bike was produced, Legnano was well-ensconced in the Bianchi stable of brands.
