Assuming it is a 1968 model, I'm not sure I follow you on this. According to the Legnano page on the CR website this should have been made by Legnano as it's prior to Bianchi entering the picture. http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Italy/Legnano_main.htm

The one on ebay is certainly seems overpriced. It does seem to have the seatpost binder on the front side of seattube though, and it's the "good" color. Would it be too general a statement that if one finds a Legnano with that style of binder it would be safe to assume it's a Legnano made frame vs a Bianchi made one?
