Surely we must have better things to do than bash Cyclart. I have not dealt with them personally, but if they were not a reputable company they would not have been in business this long. In dealing with the "public", one runs into all types of people and personalities, sometimes personalities just clash.
A week or so ago we were bashing an overseas e-bayer who goes by Collabo (I think that is right). I read quite a few horror stories of this guy, yet he has hundreds of positive feedbacks with just a few negatives. A good friend of mine just purchased a MINT, Super Record De Rosa from him for $500. My friend has upwards of 50 vintage bikes and I'll quote him on the deal: "if I had a date with Julia Roberts, I'd ride this bike". Obviously he's a happy camper on the deal. He also said he feels "Collabo" is honest, you just have to ask many prudent questions so there are no misunderstandings. I would imagine the same is true with Jim Cunningham.

Hi Bruce,
I am glad to hear that you had a positive experience with CyclArt. You are the first of 12 responses to be to claim a satisfying deal. Too bad the other 11 were not satisfied customers with sad stories.
