Do we really want to keep hacking away at this? Cycleart has been in business for years, so the satisfied customers must outnumber the dissatisfied by a hefty percentage, or else they would have gone belly up a long time ago. Certainly given the way this topic has been presented, you won't get any kind of valid statistical data because satisfied customers want to see the topic die, while unhappy customers are grinding their axes.

For what it's worth, I bought a bike from the Cunninghams a few years ago. Cycleart was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and they delivered an excellent work product. I purchased a bike from them, and had them repaint it before sending to to me. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Add me to the 100% satisfied list.
