Saw an interesting bike today-a Picchio Special. Looked to be 80s Italian, medium blue, Galli components with very unusual rear dropouts. They were rear opening but not track. They sloped down and had a DR tab. Never seen them before. Sadly the owner was a jerk and wouldn't talk about it-maybe it was stolen. Anybody know anything? Phil Brown In rainy San Francisco
