Cambio Corsa or Paris Roubaix equipped bikes, with a cable shift (Gran Sport) FD. Some of the rod rear change bikes were upgraded from a rod front to a cable operated (Gran Sport) front derailleur. It's listed in Campy catalogue #13, part number 1015.
