I bid on a pair of Campy high-flange "track" hubs on ebay only to find the seller didn't have track hubs for sale but instead Nuovo Tipo road hubs. They're 36h, high-flange, have skewers with straight handles. The hub bodies have been polished and look good, and the bearings feel good. The skewers have some rust coming through the chrome, the springs are rusted and they are generally ruff.
I had agreed to buy the hubs for $51, but I showed him the text of the ad and we agreed it was fair to call it off.
