I had forgotten about Riggio. I don't think they/he made anything themselves. That was a house brand set of decals they put on various Italian bikes. Who knows who made it! The retail shop was the House of Wheels I think? They sold many brands wholesale, importing stuff themselves.. Anyone else remember those guys?
