Hello all, I got the Riggio from Stan Bartilet who has a small bike shop in Whittier CA. I just called him back and quizzed him more on the bike. He said that he talked to Joe Riggio in the 80s and comissioned a few of his frames to sell. He said they were made in New York by Riggio but were marketed as "Italian made" because Joe Riggio was originally from Italy -sounds strange I know. He also said that Joe Riggio is no longer alive so I guess we may never know for sure. I took some quick picts last night if anyone is interested.

Thanks, Derek Willburn Long Beach, CA
