I believe Lou is correct regarding this bike. If I remember correctly, Pog's made by Sante all had round fork blades. When he sold the name to Rossin they switched to ovals. Also note the engraved "P" in the fork crown, it looks very reminiscent to the "R" also found on Rossin's.
