Usually I use my thumb nail. I have had also good luck removing stickers, city liscences and LBS stickers with a hair drier (Low heat). The heat re-softens the advesive. Then you should clean up the remailing adhesive with mineral spirits. Nothing stronger. Any other suggestions out there?
