Hello List,

I have had many international transactions too, and living in Canada, virtually all my ebay purchases come from the USA or UK, in the end, none without any problems. But there have been some scares that have made me rethink the "casual" process of just dropping an envelope in the mail.

A dear list member sold me Campagnolo Catalogo N.14 that was offered to the list a couple of months back. I asked him to use USPS, regular 4 -6 day mail. After 28 days and no arrival, I was thinking how seriously stupid it is to send things by a method that can't be tracked.

I lucked out, and the catalogue finally arrived, but I won't be having "unreplaceable" items sent by regular mail ever again.

Happy Holidays!
