Steven Maasland, sage, and master of many tongues, points out:

This auction deserves a few chuckles. The seller is offering a large flange rear Campagnolo hub, nothing strange here. The humour lies in the fact that the freewheel was not removed when the hub was cut out of the rim. As any newbie working in a bike shop will tell you, this can be the ticket to a hub that might only be good for the garbage.

I just hope that the eventual buyer realizes this potential problem and the price reflects the possible difficulties. Of course, it may turn out that by putting in a few spokes, you may be able to undo the freewheel.

I've had some luck using a jig made with a block of pine (2x4) drilled down the center to grip the barrel and sawed down the middle to grip the barrel. Relieve one side so the block will slide up neat to the flange. Clamp it (preferably in a vise, and nail through the spoke holes on the left side. Now turn it upside down in the vise, clamp hard, and remove as usual. Your mileage may vary, but it doesn't take much time.
