The Washington Area Bicyclists Association does much good, but sometimes serves as a "switch" routing obscure questions to members who might know something. I'll share the pleasure of an email I got about a book being sought. Any ideas?

"I've been trying to find an obscure bicycle book, published ~15 or so yrs ago, about a young California couple who spent 2 yrs biking around the world, ending their tour in New Zealand. A postscript noted that the wife, after making this extraordinary journey, was killed by a car while biking at home in California. I thought the book was called And Miles to Go or Miles to Go, but web searches turn up nothing related to biking with either title. Does this sketchy outline ring a bell? Do you have any suggestions about who might know, or should I just assume it's hopeless without knowing the title or authors? Barbara Shapiro"
