(I guess you all must have sensed this comment was coming?.....)
So how do we express our grievances toward companies who we are not getting along with? I realize that there are sincere gripes that are based in experience, but having been a retailer for 30+ years, I also know often there are two sides to the story.I also am not keen on the CR list being a blood strewn battleground...
What I would maybe suggest is a simple statement to the effect of "I have had a problem with XXX and if you want to know my story, I will send it to you off list..." Then, hopefully, the other party can then say "Yes, we had a problem and I can send you my rebuttal/defense off list" That way we don't get bogged down in a long windy fight that we might or or not be interested in.........
What do you say, ladies and gentleman?
