Quick scan in my Used Bike Buyers Guide shows the following makers used Excel or Excell tubing. Brew, Clark-Kent, Destato, Gardin, Giordana, Lemond, Milano (Alberto Masi's brand), Quintana Roo, and Rossin. I'm sure there were many more but that is all I captured.
