My last post on the subject seemed to have gone astray, so I herewith repost.
There is only one british painter to refinish a Raleigh Frame complete with "decals" or transfers as we "poms" call them. That is Phil Insley who was the painter at Ilkeston and finished all the team frames. He has all the original Raleigh paints and produces a brilliant job.
