Well now...If you decreases your head tube angle the hub creeps forward (and your handlebars backward, but not so much) and you might see the hub. Now if you change your fork to get some more rake to get back to the old nice trail figure it creeps still further. If you lengthen the stem to hide the hub you have to steepen your seat tube angle and go with less set-back...

If you have a long neck you will have to install a longer stem than if you have a short neck, everthing else equal.

If you changes your grip from the top to the drops you will have to install a longer back not to look behind the bar...
