Non-volume vintage goods for sale. email for jpgs. shipping extra. 1. Ideor woman's step-through frameset. Deep red color, original finish and decals, NO HEADBADGE. No dents. Campagnolo dropouts. Cute little number. The fork is plenty long, so if you needed an Ideor fork, you might want to take it from here. $40 plus shipping 2. 1960s Team Faema Bertin. This is a very seductive bike. Bear with me here. Something about the colors and the combination of components just makes you want to jump on it and ride, no kidding. Bike is a 1960s Bertin, Reynolds 531 tubing, in Team Faema colors from the 1960s. That's white with red headtube and panels. Some of the decals have suffered a bit, since there's no topcoat over the decals, but condition of finish and chrome is excellent. Size is 53cm c-c. The bike is missing wheels, saddle, seatpost and pedals. We've all got plenty of those lying around, but if you need those items, I can dig something out of my used parts bins for a bit extra. The frameset has no dents of crash damage. It comes with Stronglight headset, TA bottom bracket, TA 170mm cyclotourist cranks with double rings, Simplex prestige front and rear mechanisms, Belri handlebar and stem, with original red barwrap that matches the panels, Weinmann 500 sidepull brake calipers and matching levers (mounted on bars). Requires a 26.8 seatpost. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Merckz rode the Faema colors on a Bertin early in his career. Take it away for $400 quick before it goes to ebay ! 3. reynolds 531 tubeset, NOS, except the fork blades have had dropouts brazed-in and have been curved. This is how the tubeset came to me from the UK, when I bought it. I was a bit bummed by the brazed and curved fork blades, but for what it's worth, the job was well done ! the brazing is clean and the curve is consistent and professional ! It's about time for you to practice your framebuilding technique ! $90 4. Reprints of vintage posters: a. Le Cyclone, Cycle sans Chaine, Milders Fils. 19"x29", mounted on foam-core. Excellent condition except for a nick in the lower-right corner. Features a big-moustached fellow wearing a funny hat, next to a strange chainless bicycle, $25 b. Howe Bicycles Tricycles. 19"x29", mounted on foam-core. Excellent condition. Features another big-moustached fellow with strange hat, with a scarf tied around the hat blowing in the wind. He's in the middle of a strange tricycle with huge wheels, looks more like futuristic tractor from an HG Wells story. $25 c. Acatene Velleda. 25"x33". These are two identical posters mounted on both sides of a thick piece of cardboard. You could saparate them ,and have them mounted each on foam-core, and then you'll have two identical posters. The condition is a bit rough, with tattered edges and plenty of tack-holes. Still, extremely nice, don't worry. This features a Nordic goddess-type with long braided red hair, ready to summon Thor down from the Pyrenees ? She is pointing to a chainless bicycle. Above the bicycle is an eagle with bicycle chains in his claws. Above the eagle is the sun, which has the motto "Vae Catenis", which, I'm gonna take a stab at this, must be latin for "Go away, chain". At the bottom is the factory address "17 Rue St. Maur, Paris". This is a nice poster ! Now that I've described it, I almost don't want to sell it anymore ! $25 5. Raleigh Forks ! These forks are NOS because the fork-crown has not been prepped and there's no evidence of skewer clamp-down. However, they all have a bit of shopwear, ranging from damaged decals to oxidized chrome. I'll try to describe each as best possible. Also, I've done my best to identify the bicycle-model they belong to, based on the following general things that I remember: a. Campagnolo dropouts only on the Pro and International b. Huret dropouts on Competition c. Sloped crown on Pro and Competition d. Squared crown on International Please let me know if I've gone astray on the IDs. OK, here goes: a. Competition fork, Huret dropouts, eyelets, sloped crown. Coffee-bronze color. 2/3rds chromed, 531 decals, EXCELLENT condition. Steerer length 5 and 3/8 inches. $25 b. International fork, Campy dropouts, eyelets, square crown. Orange-bronze color. 2/3rds chromed plus chromed crown, 531 decals, one decal is skewed and half-missing, chrome is oxidized, particularly the lower half of the inside of one blade has that "flowery" crystallized sort of oxidation. Will probably clean up nicely, but no guarantees . Steerer length 5 and 7/8 inches. $25 c. International ? fork. Campy dropouts, eyelets, square crown. black color. 2/3rds chromed BUT crown NOT chromed (is it still an international ?), 531 decals, minor nicks to paint and decals, chrome is slightly oxidized and will definitely clean up nicely . Steerer length 6 and 1/8 inches. $30 d. Competition fork ? Huret dropouts, eyelets, square crown. white color. 2/3rds chromed. 531 decals, minor nicks to paint and decals, excellent chrome. Steerer length 6 and 5/8 inches. $25 e. Carlton fork ? Campy dropouts, eyelets, sloped crown. Champagne blue color. 2/3rds chromed, plus chromed sloping portion of crown. Decals say "Carlton, Made in Worksop, Race Approved". Decals are half-missing and a bit skewed, paint has nicks, chrome is oxidized but will clean up nicely, steerer length is 5 and 5/8 inches. $25 Take all 5 forks for $100 6. New In Box Gipiemme Cronosprint White Laser brakeset. This is a beautiful brakeset. Basically NR-copy calipers. Levers are drilled, with a web-like carving connecting each hole. All is laser-white color. Hoods are perfectly supple black GPM hoods (identical to Campy NR). Shoes/holders look like early Campy NR. Black housing and cables included. really nice, no joke. $85 7. Weinmann Carrera brake levers. these are basically SR copies from the 1980s. Supple gum weinmann hoods (can be used on NR), drilled weinmann levers, real nice. $35 per pair 8. Campy NR front-skewer copies. These are NOT campagnolo. However, the lever portion is identical to the older straight campagnolo levers, with beading around the edges, and a nice big acorn nut locking the lever into the body. They say "Open" "Close" on each side respectively. $5 each 9. Obscure car-rack/mounting jigs. OK, I have to describe these, I'm sure you'll know what I'm talking about after the description. These are three pieces. One looks like a fork, and takes a front wheel. The next piece will fit between the dropouts of your bike's fork (you clamp the fork into place). The third piece cradles your rear wheel. The bottom of each of these pieces is shaped to mount on rectangular-shaped car-top racks, or to 2x4 pieces of wood in your pickup or in your garage or other storage area. Includes nuts/bolts/wrenches. These are just $8 for the complete set. Take 10 sets for $50. Thanks again!
