If I lived in California, you'd be missing a hand right now. Where did you get hold of this catalogue? I'll ping the dollars via PayPal-I take it it'll be a bit dearer than the $12 to send it to Scotland? Please let me know.

This will be of huge benefit to me when I come to building the bike up. I haven't done a thorough search for a serial number but there's a very obvious B on the rear of the fork crown. If that means anything to you or anyone else that would be great.

I stuck wheels, a saddle and bars/stem on the bike today to see how it looked and I fear it's going to be too wee for me. However, I could make it fit easily enough and might just put up with the somewhat odd look with about five inches of seatpost showing. That's probably the way it was ridden anyway when small frames were the fashion.
