[CR]Unknown British builder?

I'm surfing ebay this morning waiting for AAA, and I found this: http://ebay.com/<blah a "Dennis Fletcher" track bike. A tad too big (I'll need a 54~55cm), and a tad too early in the year for my budget, but it's a real nice looking machine.

Any information about the builder? And what about those Campagnolo track pedals?
