I'm not sure I'd call this one "very old". (But perhaps that's because I too would have to then be characterized as very old.) Anyway, this bike is from the '70s - the Atala rand Prix models sold in the '60s were somewhat nicer. This bike has Valentino parts and a cheaper ITM or Pivo stem. The frame has stamped dropouts and is made from "Tullio" tubing. I don't know exactly what that means, but that's what the decal on the frames stated. The earlier Gran Prix bikes were different. I have a '69 which came with NR derailleurs and hubs. The crank is cottered but is a very nice Magistroni unit. The stem is a TTT Grand Prix - one of those stems that use the ever popular 7mm hex key for adjustments. The frame is from Columbus tubing (or Falk) and uses Campy forged dropouts. If I recall correctly, earlier models - say '66 through '67 - were similar except they used Record derailleurs. Regards, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia
