Subject: [CR]Tour de France style lugs?

I apologize to the list; my momentary bike frame lust clouded my judgement. I loose my reasoning ability when I think I can get something cheap. Thanks for all your responses and mild scolding with regard to a modern frame. I went to the serotti site and browsed; my jaw to hit the floor. Quality steel frames are exceptionally expensive when purchased new. While browsing the site I noted something called Tour de France style lugs. Is this an actual type of classic lug or just current marketing hype?

I am looking for a QUALITY double or triple butted steel chromoly lugged frame from the late 70's to mid 80's that I can build up with NOS suntour widely available on eBay. I am not really interested in a sexy name dropping kind of frame; I need it to be affordable, serviceable and light weight. My 84 Univega weighs in at 21.5 with heavy Araya rims - I'd like another frame capable of being built up at around the same weight. Any suggestions? I'd really like something I can buy for under $200.00 in good shape. I've been watching miyata and univega / italvega on eBay but nothing comes up in 51 or 52 cm. I'd also like to avoid a lugged fork since I am still impressed my early areo style fork.

Also: does anyone know of a lighter doublewalled aero rim? My current Araya rims mated to Superbe pro hubs seem very heavy.

Thanks in advance - a chastened Edward from Rainy Aberdeen, WA.
