One might as well ask "Where does one get tubing?" - I can't imagine a tubing supplier that wouldn't carry .058" and .065" wall.
0.0625" (1/16") is the theoretical wall thickness it would take to reduce from, say 1-1/4" to 1-1/8". But since bike frame tubes are often a couple thousandths oversize, and you need clearance for the braze to penetrate, .058" wall is typically used.
This makes an ever-so-slightly loose fit for silver brazing, so one might occasionally use the next thicker common size, .065, and bore the ID on a lathe to get just the right clearance for the particular tube it has to fit.
