58.5-59.5 cm is my general frame-size range, too. I haven't been checking the eBay offerings lately, but I'm sure some will show up. I've seen lots of frames listed in the past and have done my share of craving, though I've bought only one bike via eBay.
Something will show up. Then all you'll have to worry about is other bidders! <g>
